THE 87TH TEXAS LEGISLATIVE SESSION HAS COME TO A CLOSE
Legislation that RCAT worked on during the session (click on the bill number links below to see details): 1)HB 1433AND SB 1756- Enforcement of insurance deductible payments (HB 2102 from 2019) 2) HB 2779 - Reform of UPPA regulations (4102) 3) HB 2777 AND SB 1481- Registration for Roofing Contractors in Texas Note that these bills were not passed in to law. HB 1433 was voted out of the House of Representatives but was not heard by the Senate.
